Dear Jim,

Hate to do this to you but we are in a vicious BEAR MARKET, and as such, our long plays are super fast rebounds, and thus, will be very short-lived, may be a day or two at most.

The fact that neither ES nor NQ Futures, could take out their respective Sunday night limit down prices (2566 and 7540, respectively) says to me that this is another dead cat bounce and must be sold.

Therefore, we are going back to the SHORT SPX side.

I would be remiss if I don’t admit I am getting a tad worried re where we are heading, for the sake of capitalism & this great country, which we cherish so much.

But this time, we are going LONG SPX for a few days and thus locking in 325 SPX handles from our previous short position.

The Johns Hopkins data on COVID19 pandemic looks awful this afternoon (3,200) cases in US and rising – we could be at 17K cases in US by Friday.

We are going back SHORT on SPX again………
