                ( current Bid /  Ask stands @  21.30 to  21.60)

Rationale: Sigma Channel Scanner is between +1 & +2 sigma (in the bullish channel) and rising  

                 we love its CI and SCW readings here !!

                             its $WPCR is at 0.89 (NEUTRAL) 

                             its UniVol is 95+ (this stock will definitely ROCK)
