Rationale: Sigma Channel Scanner is just a tad above +1 sigma (BULLISH) 

                            $WPCR closed yesterday at 0.27 (BULLISH)                      

                 UniVol closed yesterday at 62 (we have some play here)

                 Active Beta is 1.25 vs SPY, 1.08 vs QQQQ, 0.92 vs IWM (moves better than the market)
